(If you do not provide the required information and complete the payment process, you will not be able to attend the event, and your ticket will not be eligible for a refund. Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners licensed to practice medicine in any country or jurisdiction are welcome to register.
The ticket purchased is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case of cancellation, unforeseen circumstances, or an emergency requiring the cancellation of the event by the organizers, a full refund of the paid cost will be issued.
To be eligible for the Medical Residency Scholarship, applicants must submit a letter from their hospital of residence. This letter should be on official hospital letterhead and must confirm the applicant’s current active residency status. The letter must be duly signed by an authorized hospital representative. Failure to provide this documentation or submission of incomplete or inaccurate information will result in the disqualification of the scholarship application and you will not be able to attend the event, and your ticket will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure the letter is uploaded with their application form by the specified deadline.
